Food Lifeline is on a mission to end hunger in Western Washington by centering the voices and leadership of communities most impacted by food insecurity. Food Lifeline believes that access to food is a basic human right and seeks to dismantle the systemic barriers that perpetuate hunger. The organization provides nourishing, culturally relevant food to 1.6 million people facing hunger by nurturing relationships with food donors such as farmers, manufacturers, and grocers. Food Lifeline distributes through a network of 300 food banks, shelters, and meal programs, enabling it to provide the equivalent of more than 233,000 meals every single day. Food Lifeline seeks an executive leader who is passionate, brings relevant professional experience in managing an organization of similar complexity and scope, and who is driven to amplify community-centered solutions to end hunger. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading strategic and high-level decision-making, particularly in times of organizational growth and expansion of impact. They must embody the highest ethical standards and demonstrate a balance of business savvy with a commitment to responsible, people-focused program delivery. A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain highly professional relationships with business, civic, and nonprofit leaders is required. Previous work in anti-hunger, anti-poverty, affordable housing, or related nonprofit of a similar complexity and scope is needed. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required, and a master’s degree is preferred. Senior-level expertise with prior experience reporting to and working with a Board of Directors, as well as owning P&L goals and metrics, is required. Personal lived experience resulting in a deep understanding of Food Lifeline’s mission is helpful but not required. Candidates located in the Pacific Northwest or with strong connections to the area are highly desirable. The compensation range for this position annually is between $300,000 - $350,000. Senior Project Manager - Construction Technology

Terabase is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform to support the design, optimization, and construction of huge solar projects worldwide. We work with project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms. Position Summary As a Senior Project Manager on the Terabase Construct Operations team, you will report to the Director, Operations & Delivery and work closely with a team of Project Managers, Data Analysts, and Capture Technology Operators. You will collaborate with customers, subcontractors, a global data analyst team, and stakeholders to ensure the Construct product is implemented and delivered within scope, time, and budget. You will oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of our utility-scale solar energy project management software, including customer relationship management and engagement. You will manage a portfolio of projects for key customers, including weekly meetings and field site visits, and develop customized deliverables such as weekly progress reports. Additional scope includes quality control of project artifacts, maintenance of project data, product development and design reviews, and daily project tasking. You should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and minimize errors. Responsibilities Daily Project Operations Customer Engagement: Support customer engagements from booking to delivery, delivering operational excellence and delighted customers. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, and resources; manage lifecycle stages from initiation to closure. Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams; facilitate clear communication and manage expectations. Project Controls: Monitor costs and schedules to ensure on-budget and on-time delivery; prepare cost estimates and coordinate with finance for reporting. Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLAs; oversee development and delivery of customer deliverables. Compliance and Standards: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain schedules, budgets, progress reports, and change orders; report status, risks, and issues to senior management. Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams; provide direction and facilitate collaboration. Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; adjust plans as needed. Project Contracting & Negotiation: Collaborate with Legal and Sales to review terms, mitigate risks, support negotiations, and execute contracts. Process Improvement & Product Development Identify gaps in processes to improve workflows; collaborate with other departments to meet deliverables and priorities; maintain understanding of products and services. Promote changes in Terabase technology stack to increase efficiency. Lead structured project reviews and contribute to company-wide lessons learned, including documentation and education of learnings across teams. Customer Success Serve as the face of Terabase for a portfolio of projects and manage the experience throughout the engagement. Interface with senior leadership and executive-level customers to lead strategic initiatives and improve overall experience. Work with the sales team to provide expanded services and support growth within existing accounts. Represent customer perspectives in product roadmap, technical support, and quality discussions. Maintain collaborative communication with the customer team to manage conflicts and complex topics; escalate to leadership when needed to ensure proper care. Deliver a customer-centric experience ensuring Terabase acts as an extension of the customer project management team. Strategic Initiatives & Teams Mentor junior Project Managers to strengthen capabilities and apply lessons learned. Collaborate with leadership on operational enhancements, tools, and processes. Coordinate cross-functional planning to deploy multiple products on assigned projects. Provide performance feedback to management for PMs and lead groups focused on process standardization and improvement. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, energy, or related field. PMI PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification(s). 7 years’ experience as a project or operations manager in solar, renewable energy, heavy construction, or aerospace. Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects across customers. Strong communication and customer relationship skills; ability to work in a team environment. Advanced or expert MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with project management tools/platforms such as Cora, Wrike, Katana, Project Insight, Primavera P6, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience leading a small team and working with remotely distributed contractors. Willing to work in Hybrid (Home/Office) setup with minimal supervision. Travel up to 40% of the time, primarily US-based project sites. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in engineering, project management, operations, or related field. Experience with PV plant components such as PV modules, trackers, inverters, HV systems, Wind, and BESS. Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Compensation And Benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
