The ideal candidate for this diverse portfolio will have a proven track record of strong management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in affordable housing or community development, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. The successful candidate must secure the Public Housing Manager’s Certification from a bona fide Public Housing Manager Certification Program and complete the mandatory New Jersey Housing Authority Executive Director Training Program within 1½ years of hire, or other allowable period as authorized by the Board of Commissioners.
