Road Driver

POSITION OVERVIEW: Pick up and deliver trailers between Service Centers and/or turn-point locations via tractor-trailer combinations. Why join us? 401K match Superb Medical and dental insurance Fantastic growth potential Equity Potential 20% Bonus In office in Beverly Hills Job Details Responsibilities: This role is 100% in-office due to the collaborative nature Identify and source Commercial Real Estate Opportunities Nationwide Network with brokers and owners to produce deal flow and present it to the department on a weekly basis Travel regularly to target markets to meet with brokers/sellers and inspect opportunities along with their competitive set Negotiate legal documents such as LOIs, AAs, PSAs with assistance from counsel Active involvement in the due diligence and closing process Develop each opportunity's business plan and determine assumptions, leveraging knowledge from the various departments within BKM Vet/Approve and ensure detail of market analysis (comps sale & lease and competitive property set) to determine/support underwritten assumptions Work with asset management, construction management, and leasing management to ensure credibility and accuracy of assumptions Work with debt capital markets teams to ensure accuracy of loan & modeling of such loan terms Oversee financial analysis for all acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalizations in target markets Ensure the accuracy of all underwriting, modeling and market analysis Review Argus and Excel models to make sure assumptions are inputted correctly and align with standard underwriting policy Responsible for Investment Committee memos, Deal Snapshots, and other investor materials Support and define underwritten assumptions with investment committee, capital partners, and other interested partners/stake holders Answer questions from joint venture partners intelligently and thoroughly Present opportunities to Investment Committee and Joint Venture Partners Mentor and manage at least one financial analyst/associate as a direct report Develop growth plan for direct report and hold regular meetings to provide feedback Recommend resources for direct reports' growth and development Interested in hearing more?
