Palletize, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending. Operate Klever Cutters and tape guns. Complete independent tasks while working in a team-based setting. General Duties Include: Cooler Prep: Retrieve and place gel packs and bubble bags into shippers. Place completed shippers on takeaway line for dispatch. Cardboard Disposal: Collect and recycle cardboard materials (over 20 tons annually). Warehouse Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to FDA standards for safe storage of medications. Void Fill: Use air pillows to secure items in shipping cartons. Line Offload: Place sealed cartons onto correct pallets for UPS shipments. Box Making: Maintain supply of cartons via box erector machines. Order Fulfillment: Assist in fulfilling orders as needed. Additional Tasks: Flexibility to support miscellaneous warehouse operations as they arise. Requirements: Ability to work in cold environments. Comfortable with physical activity throughout the shift. Basic familiarity with warehouse tools and RF scanners is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to work overtime when required.
