In this role, you will represent clients in disputes involving estates, trusts, wills, and fiduciary duties while collaborating closely with senior attorneys on complex matters. You will also counsel clients on estate planning strategies while also assisting with disputes involving wills, trusts, and estates. You’ll gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and the ability to grow your practice in a supportive, collaborative setting. This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your litigation skills, grow in a niche practice area, and work within a supportive and collegial environment.
