YOUR PRIORITIES WILL BE: Project Management: It is the job title after all. Own assigned PEMB projects from award through closeout - design, scope, budget, schedule, and quality. PEMB Expertise: Serve as the division's pre-engineered “Master Builder,” and lend that knowledge to other project teams when their work includes a Butler portion. Be the go-between for connecting Butler and project teams. Financial Performance: Protect Client and Company interests by managing budgets, buyout, change orders, and billing, and keeping your projects profitable. Coordination & Delivery: Keep vendors, subcontractors, and Butler manufacturing aligned so materials and building systems are delivered and erected on schedule. Client Relationships: Build the client, contractor, and design-team relationships that drive repeat business, and represent EBS well through closeout and warranty. DAY TO DAY YOU WILL Oversee Projects: Own assigned PEMB (Butler) projects from award through closeout. Learn each project's design, budget, schedule, anchor bolt layout, and scope requirements inside and out. Visit project sites routinely (no really the anchor bolts) Scope Development & Buyout Build and manage scopes of work that match the material in pricing, coordinating with the EDiS PM to close any gaps. Review, negotiate, and buy out vendor and subcontractor scopes to match EBS's material supply. Scheduling & Material Coordination Develop and update project schedules with EDiS field and office staff to keep delivery and erection on time. Coordinate delivery and logistics of Butler materials among vendors, manufacturers, and sites. Financial Management Manage budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and invoicing to protect Company and Division interests. Track costs and profitability, report variances, and recommend corrective action. Documentation & Reporting Process submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and other documentation accurately and on time. Keep project files complete and current. Prepare and submit progress, financial, and sales reports. Client Relationships & Business Development Build client, contractor, and design-team relationships that drive repeat business. Handle warranty claims with a clear assessment and a prompt, professional response. Support the Division Manager in pursuing new EBS business. Stay current on new products and techniques in the pre-engineered industry. Experience with Construction Management and Project software (Procore, Microsoft Project) Experience with Butler Omni Pricing and Modeling software, or similar pre-engineered building estimating and modeling tools Experience working with trade contracts, insurance requirements, and bidding/proposal preparation Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specs, and procedures manuals specific to PEMBs Working knowledge of Pre-engineered metal building components, design details, schedules, and proper erection techniques OSHA 10-hour Certification preferred Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites required. Executive Director

Position Summary. The Executive Director (ED) is the senior business and administrative leader of one of New Mexico’s most highly respected, full-service law firms, with fifty-five lawyers, sixty support staff and professionals serving from their offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working with the Executive Committee, the ED ensures that the Firm maintains strong financial performance, operational efficiency, talent attraction and retention, and the resources and infrastructure needed to support growth and deliver excellent client service, in coordination with the Firm’s Directors of Billing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations. Essential Responsibilities. Financial Leadership · Lead the Firm's financial operations. · Develop and manage the annual operating budget and long-term financial plans. · Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to the Managing Director and Executive Committee. · Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, trust accounting, and general accounting. · Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls. · Work with outside accountants, auditors, banks, financial advisors, and other professional service providers. · Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, banking, and financial requirements.
