Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the Institutional Investors / Client Solutions group. This role supports a growing team focused on U.S. and Canadian institutional clients and requires strong calendar management, heavy travel coordination, and comfort supporting roadshows and client engagements. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for earlier or later start times as needed. The position is fully onsite five days per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive‑level administrative support to 3-4 senior professionals including Managing Directors and Directors Manage complex calendars and high‑volume scheduling across internal teams, clients, and international stakeholders Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including multi‑city roadshows and client meetings Support fundraising and client engagement initiatives, particularly related to the Canada market Prepare materials, itineraries, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and roadshows Liaise directly with clients and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and execution Coordinate event logistics and on‑the‑ground support for conferences and client events Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage and consistency Qualifications: 5 years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate or professional services environment Financial services, insurance, or fundraising support experience strongly preferred Prior roadshow or heavy travel coordination experience required Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Flexible, responsive, and solutions‑oriented approach Bachelor's degree required Compensation/Benefits: Up to $120K-$125K base salary discretionary bonus, paid overtime, and stock options PTO package Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one (low employee contribution; multiple plan options) Free daily breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks via onsite café 401(k) with employer match Health savings account and commuter benefits Fitness reimbursement up to $750/year Fertility, adoption, and family‑planning benefits Pet insurance and backup childcare Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
