Leading global financial services firm is looking for Administrative Assistants to join their pool of temp talent. The Zoom training is on Thursday 3/12 from 12:00pm-1:30pm. The subsequent temp assignments will be onsite, with a few exceptions where remote work is sufficient. This training will be a crash course in how the firm operates, the role of an admin at the firm, and will cover the assignments you will be put on. The desk hours we fill can vary, starting anywhere from 8am or 9am on average, and usually ending between 5pm and 6:30pm give or take. Temps would need to be okay to take assignments in that general window! Pay rate for training is $20/hr. Pay rate for subsequent temp assignments is $25/hr.
