Key Responsibilities • Assemble drawer components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications • Measure, cut, sand, and fit materials to ensure proper alignment and function • Install hardware such as slides, brackets, and fasteners • Operate hand tools and power tools (drills, staple guns, saws, sanders, etc.) • Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and basic blueprints • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Perform adjustments or minor rework as needed • Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace • Assist with material handling, staging, and general production support Qualifications • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking preferred • Ability to read a tape measure accurately • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools • Strong attention to detail and quality • Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled production environment Preferred Experience • Assembly line or production experience • Experience working with wood or similar materials • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
