Operations Lead

SUMMARY: The Operations Lead is responsible for end-to-end production performance within the manufacturing cell. This role owns production execution, customer communication, KPI performance, staffing strategy, and material flow to ensure delivery, quality, and safety objectives are consistently met. This position serves as the primary operational liaison between the site and drives accountability across production, materials, and support functions. Resource & Workforce Planning Oversee and manage indirect labor (IDL) resources. Maintain and update the operator training matrix. Develop hiring plans to support second-shift staffing requirements. Support cross-training and succession planning within the cell. Continuous Improvement Identify process inefficiencies and implement Lean improvements. Drive accountability for safety, quality and 5S compliance.
