Accentuate Staffing is seeking an Event Coordinator to support a busy marketing team with conference, meeting, and event planning activities. This is a detail-heavy, execution-focused role that will support many aspects of event planning, logistics, internal coordination, and administrative follow-through. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys keeping moving parts organized, is comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks, and can help ensure events run smoothly from planning through completion. Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for conferences, meetings, and other marketing events Prepare event briefing materials and books Manage registration processes and help maintain event platforms and apps Support hotel reservation uploads, rooming list management, and related logistics Assist with venue sourcing and review venue options, including food and beverage minimums and contract details Help route contracts, approvals, invoices, check requests, purchase orders, and Docusigns Maintain conference and sponsorship tracking documents Take planning meeting notes and send action items, calendar invites, and internal communications Support event material shipping and inventory management Assist with invitations, slide decks, and select event materials Partner with internal stakeholders on needs assessment forms and related planning documentation Communicate event details clearly to team members supporting each event Identify potential issues early and help solve problems proactively Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, or a similar role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage manual, process-driven, and administrative aspects of event planning Experience with registration platforms such as Cvent, Groupize, or similar tools Experience reviewing venue contracts; negotiation exposure is a plus Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate risks Comfortable working on-site in RTP High school diploma required; additional education is a plus Preferred Experience supporting conferences, sponsorships, or corporate events Experience in a process-heavy or compliance-oriented environment Experience with project coordination related to events or marketing operations

Electrical Technician

Duration: 8-month contract Job Description: Support equipment acquisition efforts in electrical aspect for different scale projects for manufacturing equipment upgrades and brown/green-field installations.
