Responsibilities Altec Capital Services (ACS), a division of Altec, is hiring a Syndications Analyst in Birmingham, AL (Corporate Office). The purpose of this position is to facilitate the syndication and discounting of new leasing transactions to various financial institutions in a high volume, high turnaround finance environment; as well as serve as the relationship manager with multiple funder relationships. Responsibilities Analyze Available for Sale reports to identify and market syndication opportunities to funding sources on a daily basis. Conduct independent evaluation of all aspects of potential transactions. Prepare and distribute term sheets for Investment Grade credits to Funding Sources and prepare detailed competitive bid analysis on their responses Oversee, review, and recommend pricing strategies to maintain profit margin goals. Provide oversight to prescreen process by working with outside sales and funding sources to determine the marketability and pricing for all transactions larger than $500,000. Update cost of funds and pricing grid weekly by making estimates of current pricing model trends as compared to treasury swap spreads and market conditions. Develop solid working relationship with all funding source personnel. Book and reconcile syndication activity to the General Ledger monthly.
