PTO and Paid Holidays Training Programs And so much more Job Details The Data Center Operations Systems Director leads the operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement of our data center’s critical physical and environmental infrastructure. This includes power, environmental, communications, and facilities systems. You will ensure all client equipment installations comply with the company’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented relationship with clients, vendors, and internal teams. In this leadership role, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee technical operations, mentor managers, and uphold our commitment to safety, compliance, and 100% systems uptime. You will also serve as a key liaison for the Prime Campus, guiding event response, technical challenges, research and development, and organizational innovation. What You’ll Do: Lead maintenance, operations, and expansion efforts across multiple sites. Ensure client installations meet our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and compliance standards. Drive automation, process improvements, and continuous uptime reliability. Mentor and develop DCO Systems Managers and high-performing technical teams. Oversee facility projects, budgets, and vendor partnerships. Serve as the Prime Campus technical authority for complex challenges and event response. What You Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience). 5 years of management experience in production, facilities, electrical, or mechanical systems. Advanced knowledge of data center electrical/mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, fire suppression). Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving performance and engagement. OSHA 30 certification (additional certifications preferred). Ability to work under pressure, solve problems independently, and inspire excellence. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Interested in hearing more?
