Credentialing Coordinator - Atlanta, GA Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for a 2-year contract opportunity located in Atlanta, GA . This role focuses on auditing, verifying, and maintaining accurate provider details (credentials) and documentation to ensure compliance with managed care requirements. This is an onsite, full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8a-5p) . Responsibilities will include: Performing case research and working with attorneys to determine legal course of action Serving as point of contact for clients and keeping them updated about case status and ensuring that they are getting the medical treatment needed Reviewing medical records and police reports Identifying and interviewing witnesses Managing calendar including meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials Drafting pleadings and preparing cases for mediation, arbitration and trials Communicating with insurance carriers and health care providers and opposing counsel Monitoring case status and keeping attorneys and clients up to date and aware of approaching deadlines Preparing and negotiating client settlements We are seeking an individual who is compassionate and able to work closely with clients.
