Conducting thorough and detailed audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, PCAOB, and other relevant standards. 2. Reviewing and analyzing financial data, including cash flow, accruals, and tax records, to identify discrepancies and areas of risk. 3. Engaging with clients to provide assurance services, address concerns, and discuss financial matters in a clear, concise, and professional manner. 4. Designing and implementing effective testing strategies to assess the accuracy and integrity of financial data. 5. Providing guidance and oversight to junior audit staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 6. Making recommendations for improving financial processes and controls, based on audit findings. 7. Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, detailing findings and recommendations. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is preferred. 2.
