This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical systems, mechanical components, and safety compliance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and complete job activities in line with company goals and procedures. Act as a technical resource for complex issues within the assigned region. Troubleshoot and repair electrical motor controls, control systems, and instrumentation. Perform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering for electronic assemblies. Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) independently and assist with major maintenance (MM), overhauls, and mobilization/demobilization (MOB/DEMOB). Perform complex repairs, major equipment overhauls, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. Maintain strong knowledge and participation in HSE policies and procedures. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and support. Monitor parts inventory and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure the availability of critical components. Keep assigned equipment and work areas in a clean and presentable condition. Complete reports and documentation as required. Work overtime and participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Trade school or OEM training preferred. Advanced knowledge of electrical, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and ignition systems. Strong understanding of compressors and engines (Waukesha, Ariel, Caterpillar, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical control systems. Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR. Industry certifications (CAT, Waukesha, Ariel) preferred. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces. Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and working on ladders/stairs.
