These positions enhance our missions in both patient care and teaching. Successful candidates will provide and contribute to the delivery of excellent gastroenterology services at our clinical sites, to include the Multispecialty and Research Hospital, Kyle Seale Parkway ASC, multiple UT Health Clinics, Mays Cancer Center, and University Hospital procedure and clinical service lines. The division comprises of talented faculty, mid-level providers and a large (15 GI fellows, 2 Advanced Endoscopy Fellows) trainees program. These positions provide the opportunity for both independent practice and the teaching of Gastroenterology Fellows in multiple clinical settings. Successful candidates have the opportunity to mentor a variety of learners in clinical research and scholarly pursuits. Successful candidates must have an MD or equivalent degree and must be board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, licensed in the state of Texas by the appointment start date.
