Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical Engineering preferred. 2–4 years of experience in plant operations or a similar industrial environment. Cement industry experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with production processes and operational systems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and consensus across teams. Self-motivated and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset. Capable of developing long-term strategies for maintenance and operational improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and company operational policies and procedures. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Operations Team. This role will have the opportunity to support critical decisions as well as identify and establish process improvements.
