Designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing processes and work cells. 2. Working with design engineering in the completion of product validation and testing. 3. Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and cycles. 4. Managing various technical aspects including metal, flowforming, spinforming, and cold working. 5. Working in a machine shop environment and operating CNC machines. 6. Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials for production optimization. 7. Conducting heat treatment processes and ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards. 8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the manufacturing process. 9. Assisting in the training of production personnel in new or existing methods. 10. Documenting, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. 3. Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience in a machine shop environment. 4. Hands-on experience with metal. 5. Experience with CNC machine operation. 6. Familiarity with AS9100 standards.
