The Dialysis Social Worker is responsible for assessing and responding to the psychosocial needs of our dialysis patients to ensure the best possible outcomes and improve quality of life. This is a temporary position, up to 6 months. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION Assists the First Cook in preparation of food for patient service, cafeteria service, and catered events in accordance with Sodexo standards, methods, recipes, special diets or as directed by the Manager of Food and Nutrition or his designee. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires a full range of body motion with intermittent activities in walking, lifting, bending, squatting and twisting.
