There is a 2-year partnership track with compensation at 75% the first year and 85% the second year. You can expect to make at least 400K your first year if you take 8 weeks of vacation, your assigned call allotment, and work an average schedule. While partnership is not a guarantee, all partnership track employees have made partner since the group's inception in 2007. They do a yearly review of partnership track employees, so that they are aware of their progress. Potential to make $600k as Partner. Leadership and representation at the hospital is imperative, so all members are welcome to serve on hospital committees and to attend shareholder meetings. Lifestyle is important to the group, so vacation is very generous! You are guaranteed 8 weeks of vacation per year. Some members choose to take less whereas others take more (typical range is 4-12 weeks/yr). The vacation schedule is done in October for the following year, and members usually get their top 4 choices. Locum coverage is provided during popular weeks (Winter Holidays and summer) to allow more people to take time off. The group realizes that things come up during the year and are very accommodating about swapping weeks or making the schedule work so that you can get the time off you need.
