You will act as a primary customer contact (escalating key decisions to the PM/PX), supervise project staff, assist with estimating, proposal writing, budgeting, change management, and contract administration, and help develop new business. The role requires flexibility to work at varying sites and close collaboration with engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service teams. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise staff from multiple departments throughout the project lifecycle and act as primary on-site customer contact. Assist PM/PX with project planning, budgeting, tracking, cost control, change orders, and contract administration. Support estimating, conceptual design, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
