Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post trial. 2. Conduct thorough legal research and fact-checking for case preparation. 3. Draft and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits. 4. Organize and maintain documents in the paper or electronic filing systems. 5. Coordinate and manage the calendar for all case-related deadlines. 6. Assist in the preparation of trial binders and appendices for court submissions. 7. Facilitate communication and coordinate meetings among all parties involved in litigation, including attorneys, clients, experts, court personnel, and other support staff. 8. Handle the discovery process, including managing e-discovery, summarizing deposition transcripts, and coordinating document productions. 9. Ensure compliance with federal court rules and procedures. Qualifications: 1. A paralegal certification is highly desirable. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in federal court litigation. 3. Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. 4. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with attorneys, clients, and court personnel. 6. Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules. 7. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook. 10.
