Job Description & Requirements Emergency Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75 This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Annual volume: 35,000 Physician shift times: 12-hour shifts (day and night) NP/PA Coverage: Not specified Back up specialties available: Exceptional medical staff support EMR: Meditech P-Doc with M-Modal dictation Certifications required: ABEM (will consider ABPS EM with completed residency or fellowship), ACLS, PALS License required or accepting IMLC: Must have active Florida license; IMLC not accepted Facility Location The Tampa Bay major-league baseball, the “Rays”, hold their spring training in Port Charlotte. If you want to see egrets or otters and alligators, this is the place to visit the aquatic preserves, the forests and wildlife refuges.
