What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Work on A/C systems, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, and airflow problems Give every customer great service Explain problems in a simple, honest way Give customers clear repair and replacement options Help customers understand when a full repair or new system is the better long-term choice Recommend ways to improve comfort, airflow, efficiency, and system life Follow our service process on every call Take clear photos, notes, and measurements Build clear estimates Follow up on open estimates and customer questions Represent Air Support with pride and professionalism What Makes Someone Successful Here? Strong residential HVAC diagnostic skills Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options Excellent customer communication Detail-oriented with notes, photos, estimates, and documentation Strong follow-through Consistent with company procedures Organized, clean, timely, and professional Sales-minded without being pushy Motivated to earn more through performance Accountable to customers, teammates, and results Requirements 2–5 years of residential HVAC service experience required EPA Section 608 Certification required; Universal preferred Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills Able to lift 50 lbs Able to climb ladders and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces Able to work on your own Good communication skills Reliable, professional, and motivated Please do not apply if you do not have residential HVAC service experience.
