PM&R Physician (Physiatrist)

CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible PM&R Physician (Physiatrist) to lead and expand comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Work with a dedicated team across specialties in a supportive regional referral center. Responsibilities Provide high-quality physiatric services to patients with conditions including musculoskeletal, neurologic, spinal cord injury, stroke, and chronic pain. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement rehabilitation plans in inpatient and outpatient settings. Lead collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nursing, and case management. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental planning. Educate patients, families, and staff on rehabilitation goals and functional outcomes.
