Accounts Payable: Support 3-way match, resolve price/PO variances, and assist with new vendor setup. Fixed Assets: Maintain the fixed asset ledger, manage CIP-to-asset reclasses, start depreciation, and reconcile fixed asset records with the GL. Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries and reconciliations (e.g., PTO, 401k match, applied labor, inventory adjustments, commissions, accruals, rework/scrap, warranty), support corporate reporting requests, and assist with AR securitization calculations. Tax & Compliance: Prepare state sales & use tax filings (CA, WA monthly; OH quarterly). Other: Close RMAs, provide commission statements, and support freight invoice audits.
