Build-To-Rent Land Planning and Development Manager

As a Build-To-Rent ("BTR") Land Planning and Development Manager working for Taylor Morrison you will be expected to understand all components of the land acquisition, land planning and land development processes. Primarily, the BTR LPDM will be responsible for managing the planning, engineering and on-site development of all BTR projects. The BTR LPDM will work closely with the BTR Land Acquisition and Entitlements Manager to understand the land pipeline and coordinate project hand-offs. The BTR LPDM will be responsible for managing the strategic execution of the land pipeline once the projects have been approved. The BTR LPDM will manage consultant teams to secure property entitlements as well as obtain agency approvals on all site plans and civil improvement plans for these higher-density multi-family style developments. The BTR LPDM will also manage contractors to ensure each project is built according to the approved site plan and civil improvement plans. Build To Rent Land Development and Entitlements Director

As a Land Development and Entitlements Director- Build to Rent ("BTR") working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for understanding and executing all components of the land entitlements planning and development processes applicable to higher-density build to rent developments. These "horizontal apartment" developments include "villa" style single family homes built in a multi-family apartment-style setting. The individual will work closely with the Land Acquisitions Manager and Field Project Development Managers to aid in the evaluation of land that may be suitable for build to rent and oversee the zoning, platting, engineering and development of those properties per an established playbook that details Taylor Morrison’s build to rent strategy. New Construction Estimator

As an Estimator working for Taylor Morrison you will manage Material Takeoffs and Systems Setup. We do many of our takeoffs in-house, so it is crucial that our takeoffs are accurate to keep production running seamlessly. We utilize PlanSwift software to produce material lists and takeoffs. This position will work directly with the team of Purchasing Agents to ensure accurate PO’s are generated for standard production builds as well as Custom Options. Registered Nurse - 6N – Cardiovascular IMC

Description 6NT is a 36 - private bed unit specializing in cardiac care for patients who have had open heart surgery. We see cardiovascular/thoracic patients that are post-CABG, heart caths, valve replacements, thoracotomies, and many other cardiothoracic surgical procedures. We also see general medical-surgical patients that may have a primary cardiac diagnosis or history with comorbidities that may need telemetry monitoring, as well as those patients needing critical cardiac drips. On 6NT, we train our staff to detect medical issues before they become a problem, so they can respond to those emergent situations quickly and confidently. We have many opportunities for assessments, patient/family teaching, IVs, wound care, lab value analysis and medication administration/ management.
