Summary: We have 2 shifts: 3 pm-11 pm, or 11 pm-7 am. OT: up to 10 hours a day and every other weekend. Orientation: 1st week on 1st shift. Responsibilities: Perform assembly inspection of transformers/regulators at various locations in the assembly plants per established procedures. Conduct electrical testing on assembled single and three-phase transformers/regulators per established procedures and monitor conformance to quality standards. Perform routine factory dielectric tests per established procedures, including OX (induced), QC impulse, and hipot (applied potential). Conduct routine factory loss tests per established procedures, including load loss (winding loss) & no-load loss (core loss).
