Submit formal change order requests with supporting documentation; manage related subcontractor changes. D. Post-Construction Submit formal requests for substantial completion. Conduct job cost audits and performance reviews. Lead post-project analysis and documentation closeouts. Qualifications Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
