American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Directors, Digital Products to leverage IT, information systems, and data science expertise to drive performance tracking, strategic alignment, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Envision and progress the design and implementation of automation, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-based solutions to optimize business processes. Responsible for project managing the development of executive scorecards, internal metrics, and financial reporting to enhance transparency and operational efficiency. Drive cross-functional initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and talent management programs to foster collaboration and innovation. Develop executive communications, presentation materials, and strategic insights to support leadership in business planning and organizational effectiveness. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in digital strategy, technology solutions, and business analytics within a complex organization. Experience must also include 3 years of experience with automation, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-based solutions, including AWS, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. Experience must also include 1 year experience with each of the following: performance tracking, executive reporting, and data visualization for strategic decision-making; leading process optimization and improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and scalability; managing cross-functional projects, employee engagement programs, and talent management initiatives; Agile and Scrum methodologies for digital product design, development, testing, and implementation; and machine learning, Mainframe modernization, and enterprise Big Data analytics. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
