Health Benefits 401k PTO and paid holidays Competitive Salary Free Parking Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee daily intake operations, including call handling, scheduling, coverage, and follow-up on pending leads. Serve as a “Manager of First Impressions” by ensuring all potential clients receive prompt, empathetic, and professional communication. Assist in onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring Intake Specialists to uphold quality and service standards. Conduct QA/QC reviews of calls, documentation, and data entry; provide actionable feedback to improve performance. Track and assist in reporting departmental performance metrics such as conversion rates and response times. Support process optimization, business system configuration, and integration of new technologies to improve workflow efficiency. Update intake scripts, procedures, and training materials as needed; assist with administrative tasks and act as a backup during high-volume periods. Collaborate with leadership and other departments to address client concerns and maintain strong cross-department communication. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with empathy, active listening, and a client-focused mindset. Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and implement new systems; familiarity with CRM or intake platforms is a plus. Knowledge of personal injury or legal intake processes is preferred.
