Job Details Key Responsibilities Manage general accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with tax compliance and coordination with external tax advisors Support external audits and serve as a key point of contact for auditors Oversee and support accounts payable activities and processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules Respond to ad hoc accounting, reporting, and analysis requests from leadership Help improve and document accounting processes and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and close processes Experience supporting tax and audit activities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Why This Role Opportunity to work with a manufacturing company supporting global customers Broad exposure across accounting, tax, audit, and operations Hands-on role with visibility to leadership Chance to make an impact by improving processes and supporting growth Interested in hearing more?
