Support telecom technicians by assisting with connection/circuit updates. Mentor and train IT operations engineers, design drafters, and technicians. Participate in new initiatives and process improvements that enhance the platform or operational efficiency. Requirements: Associate degree in electrical engineering technology, telecommunications technology, digital design drafting, computer science, or related field; or equivalent experience. CompTIA Network certification. 4 years supporting and administering enterprise tools in a NOC or IT Network & Telecom Operations environment. 1 year of experience with discovery or modeling operations support systems. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of basic telecommunication/IP network technologies and best practices (Microwave, IP/Ethernet, SONET, DWDM, etc.). Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). Basic familiarity with Linux and Windows application support. Working knowledge of networks, telecom systems, and servers (Windows, Linux, Unix, AIX).
