Select, install, validate, and troubleshoot production equipment Analyze production data (yield, cycle time, defects) and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or related frameworks. Define test methods and frequency to ensure product conformance, e.g., performance, durability, and safety validations. Work with suppliers to qualify components, materials, and sub-assemblies to maintain manufacturing readiness and compliance. Train production operators on new processes, tools, and quality control measures. Support safety protocols maintaining site safety compliance and fostering a culture of zero defects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing. Technical expertise in fabrication methods, CNC machining, metal forming, assembly, and material handling. Proficient with 3D CAD software.
