You’ll manage a high-volume caseload and handle every stage of litigation, including federal filings, depositions, motion work, and court appearances. While trial experience is preferred, it is not required — what matters most is your work ethic, adaptability, and passion for consumer advocacy. This is a high-impact role where your performance is rewarded with meaningful financial incentives and clear pathways for advancement. Weekend work may occasionally be required depending on case demands. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a substantial caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft, file, and argue motions in state and federal courts. Conduct and defend depositions. Appear for court hearings, including case management conferences, motion hearings, and trials. Participate in strategy discussions and case evaluations with clients and team members. Prepare and respond to discovery requests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedural rules and relevant case law. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Utilize legal technology and case management software efficiently. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in California (or relevant jurisdiction). 2–6 years of litigation experience, including federal court practice. Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures. Demonstrated experience handling high caseloads and independently managing cases. Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Technologically proficient and comfortable with modern legal tech tools. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Traits: Experience in consumer or business litigation is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Trial experience or second-chair trial experience is desirable.
