License must be maintained as current and in good standing. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors. Previous dialysis experience preferred. Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency, within 8 weeks of hire. Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to organize time and tasks well. Must have basic computer skills; proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire. Must meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
