This is a 2nd Shift position; however, all newly hired employees must successfully complete an initial training period on 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM). The training period is expected to last approximately 30 days but may be extended based on individual performance, skill development, and business needs. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the regular 2nd Shift schedule and become eligible for the $2.00 per hour shift differential. You can meet production demands promptly and complete high-quality work.
