Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications tailored for complex, large-scale parts. Perform quality checks using advanced measuring tools to ensure compliance with strict aerospace standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address machining challenges and continuously improve processes. Maintain machinery and adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols. Qualifications 5 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing setting, with significant exposure to large part machining . Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and CNC programming for complex components. Proven ability to machine high-performance alloys used in aerospace applications. Experience with large-scale production processes , including setup and fixturing for oversized parts. Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
