Job Details Core Responsibilities Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project completion Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and execution Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, change management, and forecasting Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and provide regular project updates Collaborate closely with field leadership, including Superintendents, to ensure efficient project execution Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets Support successful project closeout, including punch list completion, turnover, and documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred 4 years of experience managing multifamily or large residential construction projects Demonstrated experience managing ground-up multifamily developments preferred Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Preferred Experience Experience with podium, mid-rise, or high-rise multifamily construction Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Experience with mixed-use or urban multifamily developments Interested in hearing more?
