The Dialysis Social Worker is responsible for assessing and responding to the psychosocial needs of our dialysis patients to ensure the best possible outcomes and improve quality of life. Maintains CAPA system records to ensure audit-readiness for internal and external quality system audits. Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures. Work is closely and continually reviewed. Performs visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies. Performs tests on units using computerized test equipment.
