Project Manager

Project Manager Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour, W 2 Summary: Duration: 12 Month Contract Location: Rio Rancho, NM Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities: Responsible for the project administration of all current and/or future installations of Fire and/or Security, CCTV, Card Access & other specialty systems. (needs experience with this) Coordinate project administration with the respective management team. Oversee the documentation between the contracts administrator and sales representative to meet engineering requirements. Supervise documentation of project site visits, communications, permits, and final closeout requirements. Ensure required safety programs are implemented to prevent injuries and ensure compliance on projects. Execute monthly company backlog reports to assist with proper company loading requirements. Implement required change orders on projects to achieve significant gross profit. Participate in meetings with contracts administration, field supervision, and engineering departments to review ongoing projects. Assist with construction schedule requirements to complete installation and final certification testing within agreed requirements. Update project log as new projects are contracted, reflecting estimated start and completion dates, total man hours, and type of system being installed. Provide in-house estimating and proposals for existing customers and new projects. Requirements: Industry, security/fire, CCTV, and project management experience required.
