Job Summary: As an Employment Specialist, you will coordinate and help support our people with disabilities with independent employment in the community. You will help our people with disabilities grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Wage: $18.50 to $20.00 per hour based upon years of experience How will you make a difference? As part of team, you will help our people with disabilities in the following areas: Assist and support our people with disabilities in securing independent employment in the community Develop and coordinate a support plan to make our people with disabilities successful in their independent employment Assist our people with disabilities develop and enhance their work skills in real life situations Bring meaning to their lives by having a job that they enjoy Grow and develop their social skills What will you bring to Opportunity Partners? High school degree or GED Designated Coordinator status (if applicable): One of the following must apply: A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; An associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and Four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3). Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager will be working closely with Superintendent and Engineers to ensure project is running smoothly and on time. Description Key responsibilities of Construction Project Manager: overall responsibility for the on-time and on-budget lead the team and direct the day-to-day administration of the project coordinate with the architectural and ownership team during pre-construction to assist with permitting establish milestone estimates and overall project schedules oversee the seamless transition from pre-construction to construction and ultimate building commissioning negotiates and administers all subcontracts, purchase orders and buyout functions Profile Qualified Construction Project Manager will have the following: 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $15-50M in value Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers Able to analyze problems and create better solutions Self-motivated and self-directed Organized and able to create multiple time lines, budgets, and schedules Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred Job Offer Package for Construction Project Manager includes but is not limited to: Competitive salary bonus based on projects Health/Dental/Vision Benefits PTO/Vacation Tim This is a Denver, Colorado - Construction based opportunity.
