Job Details We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Lead and take a hands-on approach to ensuring the functionality and reliability of our facility’s equipment. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process improvements that enhance our production capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform skilled maintenance and repair work on facility structures, production equipment, and ancillary areas. Oversee preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance in line with the company’s scheduled plans. Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring materials are always on hand when needed. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime to ensure production efficiency. Maintain operational readiness of the company’s vehicle fleet and material handling equipment. Implement upgrades, install new equipment, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Adhere to safety regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role. Hands-on experience with robotic systems and PLC (Programmable Logic Controls), with some familiarity in PLC programming. Strong background in industrial electrical systems (480V 3-phase), including the ability to use test equipment such as ammeters and multimeters. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding for fabrication and repair tasks. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical/pneumatic schematics. Experience troubleshooting and repairing powered lift equipment. Competence in operating hand, power, and specialized tools for repairs and equipment upgrades. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Experience servicing and maintaining motors, conveyor systems, and transmission systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
