Job Description The Opportunity: Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is hiring for an Oncology Clinic Nurse for their outpatient Oncology and Hematology Clinic. This position is part of a rapidly growing program and will assist with care coordination, research studies, provide patient and family education, scheduling, triage, assist with procedures, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary innovative care team committed to improving patient outcomes. This is a high volume fast-paced Magnet designated clinic. This clinic is INCP and QOPI Certified. The Shift: HOURS: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. May be asked to float to other locations: Overland Park, Liberty, Lees Summit The Work: Phone Triage Schedules emergent-need appointments. Patient follow-up calls. Patient education on particular procedures and processes. Subject matter expert in respective specialty for hospital RNs in the units.
