Conduct make-vs-buy analysis of components of the existing product. What are the basic qualifications? Four (4) year degree is required with a degree in an Engineering discipline. Five (5) years of experience in industrial manufacturing engineering. Three (3) years Engineering experience in fabrication processes, press, punch and cut aluminum and plastic profiles.
