Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate multiple spindle screw machines to produce precision parts • Load bar stock and monitor machine cycles during production • Adjust tooling and machine settings to maintain part quality and efficiency • Monitor tool wear and replace or reset tools as needed • Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges • Complete production documentation and submit parts for final inspection • Maintain equipment, fluids, and work areas in accordance with 5S standards • Follow all safety policies and report equipment or quality issues promptly • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Check out our Google Reviews Visit us on LinkedIn and Facebook company pages If not the right job for you, tell a friend! ZR Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred 5 years of experience operating multiple spindle screw machines Ability to read blueprints and interpret work instructions Strong understanding of shop math and machining principles Proficient with precision measuring instruments Dependable with strong attention to detail and safety Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20–50 lbs occasionally and 10–25 lbs frequently Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, oils, coolants, and mechanical equipment PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) required ITAR Compliance Requirement: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
