Job Details Our client seeks a 3rd to 4th year associate with experience in patent and/or trade secret litigation to join the Firm’s IP practice group in its Chicago, New York or Washington, DC office. Admission to the Washington, DC, Illinois, or New York Bar (depending on office location), active and in good standing, is required. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science is also required. Registration to practice before the USPTO is strongly preferred. An advanced science or technical degree, industry experience, and computer programming skills are pluses. Candidates must have strong writing abilities, interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of technical analysis. We are looking for candidates who can and want to assume immediate responsibility and who are willing to work on high-stakes cases as an integral part of a collaborative team.
