Technical Writer

Pay Rate: $35.60/hr, W2 Location: Pensacola, FL Duration: 12 Month Contract Work Mode: Onsite Working Hours: 7am - 3:30pm with option for four 10-hour shifts (7am - 5:30pm) Responsibilities: Develop, review, and update user manuals, guides, preventive maintenance (PM) work orders, job plans, and technical documentation within the Maximo CMMS. Review and validate maintenance instructions against OEM manuals and technical specifications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current maintenance practices. Validate labor estimates, job steps, and task sequencing to ensure they accurately reflect field execution and operational standards. Overview Social Worker - Substance Use Disorder Dardanelle Regional Medical Center Dardanelle, AR The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Social Worker provides therapeutic services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
