Manage scope, risks, issues, decisions, and change control to keep complex programs on track and stakeholders aligned. Ensure proper resourcing and execution quality; collaborate with service leadership to address gaps and implement necessary improvement plans. Translate technical progress into executive-level outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability improvements, automation gains, reduced mean time to recovery (MTTR), and return on investment (ROI). Program and Project Management Experience Preferred requirements: Delivery leadership in observability, monitoring, platform adoption, or enterprise transformation programs. Ability to connect with business and IT stakeholders at all levels and translate their needs into an executable plan. Excellent communication skills, including executive storytelling, precise documentation, and facilitation of complex stakeholder groups. Strong understanding of enterprise rollouts and adoption strategies, with the capacity to provide clear implementation and operational guidance. Experience with cloud technologies, application development, IT service management (ITSM), and DevOps practices; a Dynatrace certification is a plus.
